Pick up
Full day at 3 p.m. or half day at 12:30 p.m.
- Enter campus from the Military Trail entrance and exit via Potomac Road.
- Your green placard must be visible on your dashboard.
- All campers will be waiting on the grassy area near the preschool building parking lot.
- A counselor will greet you and ask for your green placard, then lead your child to your car.
- There is a double car line for 3 p.m. dismissal only. Do not get out of your car if you are in the car line.
- For the safety of the campers, do not leave the line until all cars in front of you have departed. Never back up a car or get out of line while children are dismissed.
- You may choose to park and retrieve your camper. Please park only in the designated area.
- Any camper not picked up by 3:20 p.m. will be taken to the camp office.
- If your child is to be picked up by someone other than parent or legal guardian, you must notify the camper's counselor in writing or call the camp office.
After camp pick up
After-camp care, computer lab and arts and crafts will be dismissed from the preschool building.
After-camp swimming and tennis will dismiss from the pool on typical days and from the gym on stormy days.
