Pine Tree Camps

Monday 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

• Enter campus from the Potomac Road entrance and exit via Military Trail (see map). Display your yellow placard (sent via mail) on your dashboard for entry. If your child is enrolled in Pine Tree Day programs only in a different session or if you have other children who are only in Pine Tree Day Programs, you will receive a green day camp placard as well.
• Proceed right following signs and directions to the area behind the Kampers Kampers building #12 on the Pine Tree campus map.
• Our staff will greet you, show you where to park, help bring baggage up to your camper’s floor and give you the location of your child’s bunk.
• If you prefer to drop off without parking, proceed past the parking lot and our staff will assist your camper to his or her room.
• Please make sure your camper is wearing a camp uniform and brings a backpack with a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen and any items that might be needed during the day.
• If you arrive after 8:45 a.m., bring your camper to the Pine Tree Camps office and sign in. You can then drive to the Kampus Kampers building where staff will meet you and help bring your child’s belongings to the bunk.
• Please call the office to notify us if your child will be absent from camp.
