Counselor in Training (CIT)
Prepares campers to be prospective future counselors
Slideshow
It takes a special, responsible and fun-loving teenager to work with children.
Campers train to become responsible, skilled, and caring counselors who take initiative and have great imagination. They will spend half a day assisting counselors through rotating assignments in the traditional day, half-day and specialty groups.
The rest of the day they'll participate in traditional camp activities with the other CITs, including sports, arts and crafts, fishing, boating, go-karts, etc. Like everyone else at Pine Tree Camps, CITs will have instructional swim every day.
