Pine Tree Camps dates and rates

• Session 1: June 3 – June 21;
  • June 19 - Day camp - closed for the holiday; Kampus Kampers Sleepover camp - open for the holiday
• Session 2: June 24 – July 12;
  • July 4th - Day camp - closed for the holiday; Kampus Kampers Sleepover camp - open for the holiday
• Session 3: July 15 – August 2

• Day camp is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Drop off as early as 8 a.m. for no additional charge.
• After-camp programs are available until 5:30 p.m.
• Kampus Kamper overnight camp is from Monday 8 a.m. to Friday 3:30 p.m.

• Traditional day camp: $1,450
• Specialty camps: $1,550
• Counselor–in-Training: $1,300
• Kampus Kampers Overnight Camp: $3,200
• AfterCamp to 5:30 p.m.: $460
  

Kitchen Academy has a $400 supply fee.

A full summer discount of $200 per camper will be applied to the third of the 3 sessions.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per camper per session for day camp and $200 per camper per session is due upon registration.

The final payment is due May 1, 2024. Refund for cancelation after final payment due date will be 50% of camp session(s) cost. Monthly payment plan available for registrations before April 1.

We will e-mail you a bill several weeks before payment is due.The credit card on file will be automatically charged on the payment due date unless we have been notified in advance. If complete payment is not received by the deadline we will NOT continue to reserve a place for your child in the requested session(s).

A fee of $35 will be charged for a check returned for any reason. Returned checks are not re-deposited.

A service fee of 3% for will be added for credit card transactions. The minimum service fee for card transactions over $20 and less than $106 will be $3. Credit Cards Accepted: MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS,VISA or DINER'S. No Service Fee for E-Check Payment.
