Kitchen Academy Junior is a hands-on culinary class dedicated to teaching campers how to create kid-friendly meals. During this class, they will learn knife skills, food safety, and much more from one of our Chefs. He will introduce them to new foods, ingredients, and tools that they can utilize when cooking. The campers will prepare and cook their meals in the way they prefer and ultimately get to enjoy them!
During Kitchen Academy Junior, the campers will also take an etiquette class. In this class, they will learn how to prepare a dinner table, basic table manners, how to properly greet adults, and more! These classes allow the campers to learn essential life skills and lessons while having fun!
Campers will also participate in a variety of traditional camp activities including indoor, outdoor, and special activities--plus daily instructional swimming lessons.
